In the age of Flickr, Its common for photography blogs to have their own Flickr group where readers can share photos, discuss topics independent of blog articles, etc. It helps promote user involvement and can provide content back to the blog itself. I really like the concept and there are a few I post to on a regular basis. The two that I’m most involved with are the Epic Edits weblog and All Day I Dream About Photography (very aptly named). Each week both post a choice selection of images added to their respective groups during the past week. The weekly selection always contains a few of my favorites from the group and, yes, I really like when one of my photos makes the cut. It’s a nice bit of validation (they like me!) from fellow photographers, plus it increases the odds of people outside the Flickrverse seeing those images.
The results for this week are:

ADIDAP, also has the added feature of allowing viewers to vote for their favorite photo each week. So feel free to go vote!
Predating the start of this blog, but worth mentioning, (because it’s another cool feature of ADIDAP) I was featured as ADIDAP’s Photographer of the Week back in March, which was quite an honor.
