Saturday, I passed this scene on the way out of town. Immediately the *click* of my inner camera went off. (this happens a lot) At the time stopping wasn’t really an option, but I could see the photo in my head and kept thinking about it. On the way back home, I timed how long it took to get back to Austin from there. Still thinking about it the next day, we drove out there again and I got the shot.

This kind of thing happens often, but not always with happy results. With the internal camera is always on and clicking away, there are many photos that get away. This one didn’t and that makes me happy.
